What's Happening
Note: The Ultimate T-Shirt Challenge is back and better than ever. The challenge will run from now until February 15, 2009. Prizes will be awarded on March 8-9, 2009.
The good news is that prizes are awarded to both participants and supporters, although not on a daily basis as in the past. Please look for various communications for details.
All previous sales count toward the awards in the future.

Ultimate T-Shirt Challenge is open to students, teachers, and parents.

The top teacher will have their salary matched. The "Top Teacher" will be the teacher who sells the most t-shirts. The Top Teacher in the state will be awarded a new Dodge, manufacturer's suggested retail price of up to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00), of their choice and have his/her salary matched for the next year.

The top two (2) teachers will have the option of receiving a new Dodge, manufacturer's suggested retail price of up to twenty-five thousand dollars ($50,000.00), of their choice or having their salary matched for the next year.

The student who is deemed to have sold the most t-shirts at the end of the Ultimate T-Shirt Challenge will be designated "Top Student". The Top Student in the state and his or her family will be awarded a new Dodge, manufacturer's suggested retail price of up to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00), of their choice. Top student's family will also receive an all expense paid vacation, for up to six (6), to a destination of their choice.

The top two (2) students will receive a four year scholarship to the college of their choice up to a total scholarship of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).

In the event the top wining student is not a senior the parent has the option to use the scholarship at any state approved private school or daycare. The scholarship will be up to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).

Any state, Federal, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipients of the prizes.

Void where prohibited by law.

All prizes will be awarded based on level of participation.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use the recipient's name or likeness for ads without further compensation.

Sponsors reserve the right to add, sever, or modify any terms/conditions without notice or reason.

The modification or severance of any contest term/condition will not effect the enforceability of any other contest terms or conditions.

Any legal action arising from the Ultimate T-Shirt Challenge must be filed and litigated in Dallas County and subject to Texas rules of law.

Any issues/questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, or enforceability of the rules of the Ultimate T-Shirt Challenge will be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.

These rules constitute the entire agreement between the sponsor of the Ultimate T-Shirt Challenge and any participant. No other outside agreements exist or will be held valid. Wavier of any portion of these rules and regulations does not mean there is a waiver or invalidation of all the others.

Ultimate T-Shirt Challenge regional managers, directors, board members of the Hazel Harvey scholarship fund or any members of their households are ineligible to receive prizes for participating in the Ultimate T-Shirt Challenge.
